Project Delhi NCR
The project led by Shruti Isaac included a fascinating journey of uncovering a treasure scattered over the Delhi region, in varied hands, agencies, corporates, and private collectors over the years. Some occupied a place of pride and some had fallen in despair. It allowed the team to restore the damaged works, care for them, and document them for the future.
Museum Catalog
The doors to the museum officially opened in February 2019, for public, although the work for the museum started in 2015 when 289 boxes of the artist’s works were being opened and segregated. A team, Archivist, Pratibha, and Curator, Shruti assisted by Interns, Antara and Shaista built the foundation of the museum, which is its archives. The catalog is the first publication by the Sehgal Collection.
