The prestigious stamp release event organised by the Embassy of Luxemnbourg along with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India at the Sehgal Private Collection.
The joint stamp by both countries to celebrate their 75 Years of Friendship is a tribute to the artist. Amar Nath Sehgal spent 24 years of his life in Luxembourg.
The stamp was unveiled by the Honourable Minister of State, Ministry of External Affairs & Culture, Mrs. Meenakashi Lekhi and the Honorable Minister of State for Communications, Mr. Devusinh Chauhan, Her Excellency Mrs. Peggy Frantzen, Ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in India and Chief Post Master General Delhi Circle, Mrs. Manju Kumar.
