Unveiling of two bronze sculptures by Amar Nath Sehgal “Soothing Hand” and “Voices” on the occasion of the 76th Independence day and Indian Partition. The sculptures depict pain and suffering of the survivors of partition. Sehgal himself was a victim of the painful history that marked him for life. The sculptures were unveiled by Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs.
