The Sehgal Private Collection is proud to share the first winner of the Amar Nath Sehgal Scholarship. The candidate was selected by the Director General of NGMA and announced at the book launch in April. Artist Saroj Singh from Bihar, based in Baroda, is a sculptor and painter who has pursued his M. A. (creative sculpture) from M. S. University, Baroda. Amongst his creative artistic talents, he is also an art teacher.
